Your learning is paramount to your success in assisting others and yourself on the healing journey. We offer regular scheduled , small size classes in many of the wellness modalities that we offer at The Indigo Healing Centre. Join us for one of our many introductory class or if you are looking to become a Certified Practitioner in New Decision Therapy or Energy Psychology we offer the highest standard of training. On occasion we also have invited guest teachers who present classes so check back often to see who will be teaching in upcoming months. Energy Medicine Level One
This interactive workshop will give you an introduction to the fast growing field of Energy Healing. Learning from some of the 1st original teachings of this Continent, we will explore how working with these teachings will bring balance and wellness to your Body, Mind, Spirit and Emotions. You will learn a dependable and easy to learn way of identifying how your unique energies are flowing or have become stagnant or blocked within your body. The eight energy systems of the body will be defined and explored. This will be a wonderful workshop for those that are interested in learning more about the fast emerging field of Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology. It is also the foundation and prerequisite course for the more in-depth classes that follow. This one day class will provide you with a solid foundation in the field of Energy Medicine, what it is & ways in which it can benefit your life. You will learn a full proof way of communicating with the body to discern what foods will truly bring health to you and which ones would be best for you to avoid. You will learn ways of identifying allergies and ways to correct allergies. We will also teach you a 5 minute Daily Energy Routine that will keep your energies balanced. As well, how about learning some very helpful techniques to deal with stress. A beginners guide to the Chakra's and Meridian system will also be covered. This day will be interactive and lots of fun so please consider joining us. Class sizes are kept to a limited number in order to ensure individual attention. This is a great class to attend that will assist you in understanding more about what Energy Medicine is and how it can truly support you in achieving vibrant health. Decision Therapy Practitioners 2008
New Decision Therapy ™ is an effective way to clear unresolved emotional experiences that manifest themselves within the self as disease, unhealthy belief-structures and emotional patterns. This technique assists in producing a shift in consciousness and a healing of past traumas so that a person may move towards greater self-love. Depression, anxiety, physical illness, addictions, unhealthy relationships and behaviour patterns are just a few of the things that New Decision Therapy™ has helped people heal.New Decision Therapy™ uses applied and Behavioral Kinesiology in conjunction with certain acupuncture points to identify emotional and mental blockages. Once the body has revealed the unresolved issues or experiences, their negative impact on the physical and mental level can be cleared. New Decision Therapy™ truly is a healing of the heart. In this level one certification course you will learn all of the basics to facilitate an New Decision Therapy™ clearing. Level Two Practitioner Certification is offered once a year in the Spring at The Indigo Healing Centre by Dr. Kandis Blakely.

Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT is a
simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system, without
the discomfort of needles. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates
an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional
issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and
personal performance limits.
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy
meridians that run through our body. The physical changes we feel from those
disruptions, like nausea or anxiety, become attached to the memory of that
experience and affect the way we see the world…until we heal that disruption.
Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns the energy meridians with respect to
negative memories, disconnects the physical discomfort that we attached to it,
and quite often remove the resulting symptoms.
EFT continues to provide encouraging results, even with newcomers applying EFT
to themselves. Some cases are more complex, however, and may require more
detailed attention from an experienced EFT Practitioner. I invite you to join us to learn the basic's and the more advanced levels of Emotional Freedom Technique.

your effectiveness with EFT! Join us and learn how to find core issues, how to
test your results, how to deliver EFT over the phone, how to work with groups
and more!
Next class begins January 31st 2008 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Cost for class $90.00 Practice evenings: 
Remembering what we already know and clarifying any bits you may have missed. This Class will run the first Monday of each month. It is an opportunity for you to practice your skills with others, work on a few of your own issues and have expert assistance along the way. This class is held the first Monday of each month and is open to everyone who has taken one or more classes at the centre. Cost is $20.00
